it's been awhile
since i've written
must be your smile
i was missin
i was on trial
had been bitten
it's on file
i'd been sittin
many a mile
i kept hidden
now there's a pile
of me unwritten
i'll not beguile
i'll be me
again

the swoon

if
there's
room
espeically if i can write again in free but expensive verse, not this terse, it's the worse(t)

Saying "It's so very nice to hear from you!" would be an understatement, but I will leave it at that for now.
I saw you put this up a few days ago and have read it several times. Your poems always make me do that. I certainly understand the agony of being 'on trial' and the pain of being 'bitten'. So for that I empathize with you, really and truly.
I don't think anyone is asking more at the moment than what you are - which is the exquisite poet Peter H. :)
Thank you for posting this as it made me so happy to see you writing again.
