the sun is bleeding
pooling the ocean
dyeing our bodies crimson
tongues tease tinged waters
breasts whirl like globes
eyes criss-cross with lust
i slobber for rippling hips
awash in sea-foam limbs
and towel-lathered thighs
i become a thirsty sponge
absorbing the wetness
from your flower petals
you become droplets on stone
evaporating into translucence
failing like the wounded sun
you take the form of tears
i whither and wilt and bend
we dissolve saline back to sea

Potent at its best...richly colored...artistically sculptured poetic lyric...hmm..it has made my day!
To think I have made someone from half way around the world's day makes my day. Thank you for commenting.
